Love the style, the fit is not as I hoped

I bought these in the black jacquard and the white. I like the black pair, those for some reason fit me a little better than the white. Both pairs are size XL. The white ones are extremely tighter than the black, so it bummed me out when I put the white ones on. I am on a fitness journey and was hoping these would be my go to workout shorts, but the white ones just don’t fit as well. I would wear the black ones in public because they are acceptable to my standards, however I wouldn’t wear the white out just yet since they are tight and don’t look good. I do like how the inside liner is comfy and fits well, which is good because these fit better when you don’t have any underwear on. I am 5’5” and around 208 pounds. Both shorts are size XL. Not sure if I would buy these again, I feel these are geared more towards the slimmer body types. I may try the leggings and see how those fit next.

Small fits if you are size 6 in Lulu

I live in Lululemon shorts. These are great. I’m 5’6” and 137 pounds ( thanks Covid), and I got the small white. See pictures. Fits great. No issues. Longer and roomier than lululemon. I wear a 6 in lululemon. Material is soft enough, not as soft as Lululemon but very comfortable. I’m getting more colors!

Ordering more ASAP!

Love these shorts and ordering 3 more pairs! They fit and are super comfortable. I have a lululemon pair and these are so similar. For reference I am usually a 4 or 6 and ordered a small and they are a perfect fit!

Great workout shorts!

I had eyed up some more expensive workout shorts from a high end athleticwear place but couldn't justify the price since I am not a workout guru. These looked similar so I though I'd give them a whirl.

Fit: I am 5'5" and 136 lbs.- I expected to wear a medium, purchased one and the fit was totally as expected. Inseam is 4" which, on a woman of my age (creeping up on 50) was appreciated- sporty with good coverage but not too mantronly- if you are in your 20s or 30s you may want the more traditional 2.5" inseam.

Look: These look very similar to the shorts I was comparing them to. The have a drawstring at the waist and a hidden pocket in the back. The butt seam is similar to the high end manufacturer as well.

Quality: As one who sees frequently I love the quality of these- they are very well constructed.

What I didn't love: On the real thing the front is a little higher/shorter than the back. As I went for a three mile walk in these I realized why- these didn't quite move in the same way as the front and back are the same length and sewn together together instead if having a breakaway seam. It's not a deal breaker for me but it didn't have feel quite the same.

Overall:.I would totally recommend these and will likely buy another pair in the future.

Obsessed!!!

I have never written a clothing review before, but I am obsessed with these shorts. I’m very short, only 5’ tall, and I have athletic muscular legs. I weigh 115 lbs. I got a size small and they fit great. I am normally an xs or a small, but don’t like my exercise shorts to be super snug, so went with a small. They have a little room in the waist, which I prefer so it’s not squeezing on my love handles, and can adjust them to the desired fit with the waist drawstring. And they are very flattering to my waist and upper thighs.

They are comfortable, dry quickly, don’t ride up, and are very breathable. And the fabric feels like good quality - they definitely look and perform like much more expensive brands.

I’ve had a hard time finding exercise shorts that are comfortable and flattering. So once I found these, I have been hooked! I now have these in 4 colors - the mauve (as pictured), black, melanite, and navy. Don’t hesitate!!! Get these!!!

I will buy more

I’m 5’7 140 lbs and I bought a medium. They are almost a little big but I don’t like my clothes tight. They are super soft and comfortable. Not restricting would be great for working out in. I don’t really mind the inner lining it’s pretty big so it doesn’t cut into your skin or feel tight. If they ever go back in stock I’ll buy more.

Will order more

I ordered these in an XS. I'm 5 foot 4 in, and 112 lb. My hips are wide at 37 in and my waist is 26 in. I like the fit of these. I can squat in them and do not feel constricted. I don't think I would want to do a small. I like my shorts snug where they don't flare out on the sides.

New Favorite running shorts

I originally bought an xs based on the reviews. (Black tank) I had to return and get the xxs. (Purple tank) Shorts are hard for me to shop for since I don’t like the way most of them flair out. Once I got the correct size these were perfect! I’m happy I found these now I can get more colors. For reference I’m petite with an athletic build. 5’1 102 lbs xxs is my size

120lbs size 26 pant = size small in these

Recently purchased these shorts for High Fitness classes and they surpassed my expectations. I had bought them in an XS based on someone’s else’s review with similar sizing to me-big mistake. They fit but were much tighter than preferred and had to be returned. Reordered in a size Small and they are perfect. I’m 5’5” 120lbs and a size 26 in jeans. They are a good length, slightly longer than a lot of my Nike running shorts, so are comfortable when doing all the squats, burpees etc in High-Fit.

Best athletic shorts I own

I heard about these through a blogger (as I’m sure most other buyers did too) so by the time I got around to ordering there were hardly any sizes in stock. Im 5’5” and 120lb and wasn’t sure if I would need an XS or S. All Smalls were out of stock so I snagged one of the last XS figuring I’d return if too small. I actually think the Small would have been too big in the waist. But seriously, I absolutely adore these shorts. I don’t ever buy lululemon but I know everyone loves them so figured they were worth a try as the dupe. I wear them any time they are clean and find myself doing laundry to have them. Ended up ordering the white when XS came back in stock and I’m stalking the navy and reddish color. I have told everyone I know about them bc I love them that much.
