Unhappy with Feathery-Fit Soft 2 in 1 High Rise Shorts 3''

I am a runner and really battle to find shorts that have phone storage as well other "pockets" for keys, energy bars, etc - I often buy men's shorts as there seem to be more options for men. I decided to try the Feathery-Fit Soft 2 in 1 High Rise Shorts 3'' for shorter runs, since I only need a phone for short distances, used them for the first time today and after a couple of strides my phone fell out onto the road, cracked the screen. And they creep. The side pocket is clearly not big enough to securely hold a Samsung phone. I am not at all happy with my purchase. Previously I have bought shorts from CRZ Yoga, with good sized pockets on either side, each with a zip - loved these, but you do not seem to do them anymore.
